Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for 14 days after the product is delivered. Please do not return any product without letting us know before you ship it!

Returned products must be in unused, original condition, in their original (undamaged) packaging. Used or dirty items will not be accepted. You have to pay for the shipping costs by yourself when you send us back your package.

Damaged or defective products

We work with reputable brands and make all necessary efforts to make sure all our delivered products are free of defects. However, if for any reason you receive a defective product or there is a mistake in your delivery, please contact us immediately with a photo of the problem. We are aware of the frustration this may cause and will do anything necessary to solve your problem the easiest and fastest way.

Please do not send us any damaged or defective product without letting us know before you ship it. We might need to contact the manufacturer for instructions on how to proceed.
