Availability of Products
If we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you by email. We will let you know when the item is expected and whether there are any substitute products that we can recommend. If you eventually decide to cancel the order, we will initiate a refund.
Liability
We accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use of the Site and/or the purchased products. Skating can be a challenging practice. By using our products, you accept that you are solely responsible to take any necessary precautions to avoid injuries.
Prices
All our prices are in Euros, and include the current Spanish VAT rate of 21%.
Application of EU VAT (Value Added Tax)
According to the European Fiscal Regulation on VAT and the Spanish VAT Law, the following will apply regarding VAT:
If you are an individual residing in Spain or Europe (except for the Canary Islands, where VAT is not applicable), or a business based in Spain, you will be charged the list price, which includes a 21% VAT rate.
If you are an EU business from any country different from Spain (AND you have a valid registered EU VAT Number), OR you are a non-European buyer, then the 21% VAT rate will be substracted from the list price when placing your order.
IMPORTANT: You are solely responsible for all sales, import, or any other taxes according to your national regulations.
Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction
The contractual relationship between you and THEROLLINGSKATES.COM shall be governed by the current Spanish laws. Any disagreement shall be submitted to the Courts of the city of Barcelona.
